Every home we build starts with understanding how a family actually lives, not just how a floor plan looks on paper.
We work closely with homeowners from the first sketch to the final handover, keeping the process honest and the communication clear. Our focus is on homes that are comfortable, practical, and built to last for years to come.
Buildings B1 and B2 reflect the historic warehouse character of the original site and are in close proximity to the only remaining building from the original Sherwin Williams paint factory.
Building C is reminiscent of its industrial heritage at the base of the building and looks to the future with a contemporary addition on the upper levels. Building D is specifically influenced by the style of the railroad industrial era.
